Delivery & Shipping

It depends on where you are. Orders are processed for 3 - 10 working days, depending on how busy the period is. For more details, see our shipping policy 

We use most major carriers and local courier services in Nigeria. You’ll be asked to select your preferred delivery method during checkout.

We currently ship throughout Nigeria only. 

Orders

We care very much about the quality and authenticity of the products you receive from us. Hence, we prefer not to engage in exchanges and returns. If you've changed your mind, you may still qualify for an order cancellation.

Depending on the processing stage of your order, you may be able to cancel it. Order cancellations are only guaranteed if done within 1 hour of order placement. In order to place a cancellation request, please send an email to cancellations@avagada.com

If you have received an email advising that your order has been cancelled it could be for one of the following reasons:

The order has failed security checks.

We perform security checks on every order that is placed with us. If an order does not meet the criteria required for an order to be deemed as genuine then it will be cancelled. To make sure your order passes our security checks, please ensure the correct billing information is provided at checkout, this includes:

• Billing address that is registered to the card being used

• Verified by Visa- Correct password is entered

• SecureCode by Mastercard- Correct pin code is entered

• PayPal email address matches the information provided

The order is deemed as retail.

Products purchased from Avagada are not for re-sale or distribution. Avagada can, at its sole discretion, restrict ordering to a maximum of 5 pieces of any individual products and reserve the right to cancel any orders which are suspected as being purchased for re-sale or distribution.

The system has detected a duplicate order. 

If a duplicate order comes through within a short space of time of the first order being placed, this may be cancelled.

The order is being delivered to a freight forwarding address. 

We cannot accept orders being delivered to a freight forwarding business for parcel insurance reasons.

We endeavour to package items as securely as possible.

Please report any of such problems within a reasonable timescale to our customer service team by completing our Contact Us form and we will investigate the issue further for you. 

Be sure to include your order number and specify the specific item(s) in question.

Please do not dispose of any item(s) or packaging until we have responded, as we may need to examine or investigate further.

Special Orders

Our Special Order service is one we offer you when you can’t find a product you are interested in purchasing on our website. 

It may be a product you can’t find at all on our website, or a product you can find but can’t quite find the right colour/shade, size, flavour, scent, etc.

P.S It doesn't have to be a foundation, any cosmetic product at all. Skin care, hair care, nail care, makeup, etc.

It’s so worth it, but don’t take our word for it, experience it for yourself.

Our team usually sources Special Order items for our customers and confirms availability within 48 hours. 

Once the availability is confirmed to you, and you go ahead with placing the order, our regular shipping policy applies.

If for any reason the shipping will take much longer than our usual estimates, you will be informed of this during the availability confirmation stage.

P.S If you need an item confirmed sooner than 48 hours, please chat with us. We may be able to offer you expedited assistance.

Payments

We accept payment by debit cards, credit cards, as well as direct bank transfers.

Details will be given to you during checkout.

We are working on making gift cards available for you to gift your family, loved ones, colleagues, and clients.
